Little Human Ways to Be Thankful

Write thank-you notes. You will make yourself happier and enhance your relationships by writing thank-you letters expressing enjoyment and appreciation of people's impact on your life. Deliver it in person if possible. Send at least one thank you note a week.
Super human tip: Once a quarter, write a thank you note to yourself.
Thank your people mentally. Unwilling to make time for writing? The next best thing is to think about the people you appreciate and mentally make a thank you to them.
Count your blessings. Starting Sunday morning, sit down and write/count your blessings. Consider what you are grateful for. Start with three this week. As you write, be specific and think about the sensations you felt when something good happened to you.
Super human tip: Pray. Regular prayer leads to being thankful.
