“Before Greg we were not doing strategic planning. We were making an annual plan with no vision for the future, no long term goals. We called it strategic planning but there was no strategy. We thought we were making progress each year but really weren’t, even though revenue was increasing. After working with Greg, we have improved strategic planning, looking ahead 5 years is necessary. It’s easier to get excited and develop a plan to get behind, and to get employees motivated because they see what the future is supposed to look like. I think a facilitator is needed in this process to draw out the answers from the people.
