In late 2021 I did a virtual workshop with a professional services firm. In the audience were business development managers, a couple full time business development professionals, and a lot of aspiring associates. We were addressing an anticipated problem: rebuilding the opportunity pipeline.
This is a version of that workshop, minus the exercises.
I will share exercises or create new ones for your team if you need them. The workshop received high marks, but suffers from the same ailment afflicting training in general.
How do we put the learning into action?
Nothing beats active management of action plans, but a close second may be regular reminders. Keep your eye on this space for a crude tool I’m putting together that does just that, it will regularly remind.
